Rubber coating machine
The coating line was designed to coat the door’s rubber which is used in top-grade car, suitable for different rubber’s coating. The main processes of coating machine include manual loading, reciprocator coating, IR drying and so on, and it is very efficiency to get a unit coating layer on the rubber surface by the coating machine. Meanwhile, the turntable system is imported to the machine to minimize the size of coating machine and separate each functional section, which is impact to remove and transportation.
